Our Work

At Syon Biosciences, we specialize in developing small-molecule drugs designed to target proteins implicated in cancer and inflammatory diseases. Our research focuses on identifying key proteins involved in the expression of these conditions and creating novel molecules to effectively inhibit their function. Through innovative drug development, we aim to advance therapeutic options and improve patient outcomes.

Current Projects

Dihydrofolate Reductase (DHFR) is an enzyme crucial for DNA synthesis. DHFR inhibitors can prevent the growth of cancer cells, offering a promising approach for cancer treatment.

Nuclear Factor kappa B (NF-κB) is a protein complex that plays a key role in regulating the immune response and inflammation. NF-κB inhibitors can reduce inflammation and hinder the progression of cancer.

Nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) are widely used for pain relief and inflammation reduction. Our latest research introduces novel methods to enhance NSAID stability and absorption, promising more effective and longer-lasting relief.
