Research Areas

Drug Discovery

Drug discovery involves the process of finding new candidate medications based on biological targets.

We focus on identifying novel small-molecule drugs that target key proteins implicated in cancer and inflammatory diseases. Our approach combines high-throughput screening with advanced computational methods to discover promising therapeutic candidates.

Medicinal Chemistry

Medicinal chemistry is the discipline at the intersection of chemistry and pharmacology involved with designing, synthesizing, and developing pharmaceutical agents.

We focus on designing and syhthesizing innovative drug derivatives, optimizing their efficacy and safety. We leverage structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies to refine molecular structures and enhance pharmacological properties.

Proteonomics

Proteomics is the large-scale study of proteins, particularly their structures and functions.

Using state-of-the-art proteomic technologies, we analyze protein expression, modifications, and interactions. This helps us understand the molecular mechanisms underlying diseases and identify new therapeutic targets.

Biotechnology

Biotechnology involves using living systems and organisms to develop or make products, often leading to breakthroughs in medical treatments and diagnostics.

Our biotechnology research focuses on developing and applying biotechnological tools to improve drug delivery, enhance therapeutic efficacy, and engineer novel biologics. We integrate molecular biology, bioengineering, and bioprocessing techniques to advance our drug development pipeline.
